Original Artwork & Commissions
All original artworks and custom commissions are final sale. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of these items, there are no returns or exchanges.
Prints, Greeting Cards & Other Products
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of prints, greeting cards, or other non-original items, you may return them within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
How to Start a Return
Email paytonfineart@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if applicable).
I’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
