Return Policy

Original Artwork & Commissions

  • All original artworks and custom commissions are final sale. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of these items, there are no returns or exchanges.

Prints, Greeting Cards & Other Products

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of prints, greeting cards, or other non-original items, you may return them within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.

How to Start a Return

  • Email paytonfineart@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if applicable).

  • I’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
